Threads of Joy!

Where Textile Art Meets Stories of Laughter and Nature

Discover the transformative power of art with ACEarts Gallery and Education Charity at Stand 123 during this year's how. Renowned for enriching lives through art, ACEarts will showcase their latest project, "In Stitches," a vibrant testament to joy and community expressed through textile art.

This exhibition emerges from a 2023 initiative encouraging participants to weave memories of laughter into fabric, resulting in a rich tapestry of shared experiences.

Visitors can look forward to engaging demonstrations and insights into the "In Stitches" project. This collection not only symbolises moments of joy but also represents a wide community effort involving workshops, home crafts, and collaborative groups, culminating in a stunning display of creativity.

Additionally, the gallery is excited about the return of The Red Dress Embroidery, a captivating exploration of narrative and design through the motif of a red dress. Later in the year, the spotlight shifts to "Hanging By a Thread," where artists Angela Knapp and Kara Chambers use fabric and stitch to celebrate the beauty of nature, focusing on birdlife.

ACEarts' presence at this years show is an invitation to immerse yourself in the world of textile art and to witness first-hand how creativity can foster community, joy, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Whether it's the communal laughter captured in "In Stitches," the intricate narratives of The Red Dress Embroidery, or the natural homage of "Hanging By a Thread," there's something to inspire everyone at Stand 123.

Join us for a celebration of art that connects, enriches, and inspires.
