Make Fused Glass Coasters

Discover fusing glass and explore how to use it to make two coasters of your own design. Your teacher, an experienced fused glass artist, will show you lots of different samples to open up your mind to the creative possibilities. The pieces you make will be fused overnight in our kilns and posted out to you after the session free of charge.

Explore the possibilities of using metal inclusions and glass enamels to create your own fused glass suncatcher to hang in a window. You will learn some of the core skills for glass fusing and how to construct a piece for kiln firing. The piece you make will be fused overnight in our kilns and posted out to you after the session free of charge.
Glorious MUD

Create textured designs that air dry on craft card. MUD is a glass based Texture Medium that can be applied with a brush, a palette knife, your fingers or whatever way you can imagine. In this workshop we will show you some of the application options and techniques.

Learn the copper foiling process to produce your own stained glass heart or pair of lovebirds. Choose from a large range of colours, copper foil and solder them before adding a hook to your piece to hang it in a window or in the garden at home. Watch the light interact with your piece in a way that only glass will allow!
