We all need useful storage in our lives, and this fabric tool trug is designed to be both practical and beautifully handmade. Perfect for sewing supplies, knitting and crochet tools, stationery, pet care essentials or even as a thoughtful gift basket, the filling is entirely up to you.
During the workshop, you’ll create your own fabric trug, beginning with the handle before moving on to the main body. Measuring approximately 23cm wide x 13cm high x 17cm deep, it’s a lovely project for beginners and intermediate sewers, with guidance through every stage so you can build your confidence as you work.
Your finished trug can be used at home or recreated later as a personalised gift. Fill one with chocolates, bath products, stationery, gardening treats or craft supplies for a unique handmade present. By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a practical fabric trug that you can be proud of.
