Create your own unique “Quayside” fabric scene using a selection of hand-painted fabrics, then make it completely your own by arranging the pieces and adding as much or as little detail as you like with permanent marker pens and/or Inktense pencils.
During the workshop, you’ll learn how to appliqué the fabric and also discover how to create your own painted fabrics for future projects. Each finished postcard will be completely individual, making this a lovely opportunity to experiment with colour, composition and detail in a relaxed and creative way.
Suitable for all abilities and ages 10+, your finished Quayside scene can be taken home and stitched by hand or machine, or simply framed as a picture in a standard 10 x 15cm frame.
