Health & Safety Assessment Form
Completing the Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessment forms is a critical requirement for exhibiting at our events. These forms ensure that we comply with legal regulations and help to maintain a safe environment for all exhibitors, staff, and visitors.
Failure to complete and submit these assessments may result in restrictions on your setup or trading at the event, as we must prioritise safety and compliance at all times.
Please ensure these are completed and returned promptly to avoid any complications.
If your exhibit involves any items or activities that could pose a fire risk (e.g., electrical equipment, open flames, or flammable materials), you must complete this Fire Safety Form in addition to your Health & Safety Assessment.
Please ensure your fire risk assessment is thorough, as all documents will be reviewed by the venue’s resident fire officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
