We’re thrilled to welcome The Sewing Sanctuary to our show, the perfect stop for anyone looking to relax, create and be inspired! Based in Harrogate, The Sewing Sanctuary offers a warm, friendly space where you can learn a new skill, reconnect with your creativity or simply take time out for yourself.

Whether you’ve sewn before or are just curious to give it a go, they’ve got you covered. Small classes run for all ages and abilities — from dressmaking, soft furnishings, patchwork and quilting to applique, creative embroidery and beyond. Attention to detail and a relaxed atmosphere mean you’ll feel welcome even if it’s your very first stitch.

It’s not just about classes either — The Sewing Sanctuary hosts fun social events like hen parties, team building sessions, children’s workshops and drop-in sessions if you need advice, help or a nudge to get started. With class sizes kept small (often five learners or fewer), you’ll get plenty of personal support in a well-equipped, inspiring room with waist-height cutting-tables and all the tools you need.
