Rosy is the owner of La Vie En Rose Makery, based in Exeter, Devon (UK). A lifelong maker with a real love of textiles, Rosy has been drawn to fabric for as long as she can remember, a passion that began in childhood and has grown into more than 40 years of creating handmade clothes and thoughtful gifts for family and friends.

She sells her work through craft fairs, online, and from her studio, bringing her distinctive style and experience to everything she makes. Over the years, Rosy has worn many creative hats, including shoe-maker, glove-maker, teacher, and art café owner, it’s through this varied journey that she discovered what she enjoys most: not only making, but helping others connect with their own creativity.

Rosy now offers a range of friendly, in-person workshops in textiles and other crafts, designed to help people feel confident, inspired, and proud of what they create. She believes everyone has an inner artist waiting to be unleashed, and her sessions are all about tapping into that, making unique pieces, creating meaningful gifts, and rediscovering the joy of making by hand.
