Come and relax, put your feet up, and join Slipped Stitch in The Woolly Hub — a brand-new textile feature launching at this year’s show.

Situated in the Textile Hall and open all day, The Woolly Hub has been created as a warm and welcoming space where you can sit, relax, chat, and enjoy the company of fellow knitting and crochet lovers. Whether you want to take a break from shopping, spend time with like-minded makers, or simply soak up the atmosphere, this is the perfect place to pause and unwind.

Brought to you by Slipped Stitch, The Woolly Hub is for makers of all abilities. You may never have tried knitting or crochet before, but this is a wonderful opportunity to discover the joys of these creative and calming crafts in a friendly, informal setting. If you’re just starting out, you can have a go, learn the basics, ask questions, and build confidence with plenty of encouragement along the way.

If you’re already a keen knitter or crocheter, come along with your latest project, share ideas, swap inspiration, compare patterns, and enjoy a good chat with others who love yarn just as much as you do. It’s a lovely place to connect, create, and celebrate the simple pleasure of making.
