Devon Federation of Women’s Institutes will be demonstrating the art of flower-making, with the finished blooms being added to beautiful wreaths and some also donated to the Open Door charity café in Exmouth.

Founded in 1920, the Devon Federation of Women’s Institutes began with its very first branch in Cullompton and has since grown to around 140 WI groups across the county. Alongside voting on annual resolutions, WI members enjoy a wide range of activities, including dedicated craft groups that bring people together through creativity, friendship and shared skills. The Federation also proudly takes part in the Devon County Show, where it showcases members’ work and helps promote the WI across Devon.
