In this workshop, Millie from The Slipped Stitch will help you demystify knitting in the round and build confidence with the techniques that make circular knitting feel simple and enjoyable.

You’ll learn how to set up and work with a circular needle, including how to join your knitting neatly in the round and keep your stitches organised as you go. Millie will also teach you the popular magic loop technique, a flexible method that lets you knit smaller-circumference projects (like sleeves, hats or socks) using a longer circular needle.

By the end of the session, you’ll understand when and why to choose each method, feel comfortable handling your needle and cable, and leave with practical tips to help you start your next circular-knitting project with confidence.
