In this creative jewellery workshop with Creative Southwest, you’ll design and make a beautiful pendant and matching earrings to take home.
Using delicate silk cocoons as the centrepiece, you’ll learn how to transform these lightweight natural materials with embroidery threads, adding colour, texture and detail to create something truly unique.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, from choosing your colour palette to wrapping, stitching and embellishing your pieces, before finishing them neatly as wearable jewellery. Whether you love bold, vibrant combinations or softer, more subtle tones, you’ll leave with a set that reflects your own style; the confidence to continue experimenting with the technique.
No prior experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
