Led by our experienced tutors, this friendly, hands-on workshop will introduce you to the beautiful craft of wet felting as you create an eye-catching felt flower to take home.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process — from layering fibres and adding colour, to shaping and finishing your flower so it holds its form and looks the part. It’s a brilliant project for beginners, but just as enjoyable if you’ve felted before and want to refine your technique or try something new.
Your finished flower can be attached to almost anything: a jacket or bag, a hair accessory, a brooch, or even used as a decorative piece at home — the possibilities really are endless.
All materials and equipment are provided, and there’ll be plenty of support throughout, plus the chance to chat with the Devon Felt-makers team and pick up tips when you visit the stand.
