We’re delighted to be welcoming Asmaa, co-founder and tutor at Imperfectly Perfect, whose relaxed and encouraging approach helps sewists build confidence one step at a time.

Asmaa specialises in making sewing feel accessible, whether you’re learning the basics for the first time or looking to improve your technique. Her teaching focuses on the skills that make the biggest difference, from reading patterns and taking accurate measurements to simple alterations, neat hems, zips and getting more confident with an overlocker.

Her aim is simple: to help people enjoy sewing, understand what they’re doing and create garments they feel proud to wear.

Asmaa’s classes are practical, friendly and full of useful advice, with plenty of tips and techniques that can be carried straight into future projects.
