Holly Berkley - Weave, Wrap, Wow
Florals From Raw Wire As Seen In Vogue
Wire Artistry, Jewellery and Creative Craft
We’re delighted to welcome Holly Berkley, a talented wire artist whose work transforms simple metal into delicate florals, jewellery and sculptural pieces full of detail and character.
Holly first discovered jewellery-making as a teenager before going on to study art at degree level and develop a wide range of specialist techniques, including beading, wire wrapping, weaving, Viking weave, Peruvian wire work and silversmithing. These skills now come together in her distinctive and highly detailed style.
She is particularly known for her hand-woven bridal crowns and bespoke commissions, carefully shaping flowers and leaves from straight wire to create one-of-a-kind pieces.
Holly is also an experienced tutor, having taught for more than a decade at venues including The Bishop’s Palace in Wells, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery and Butser Ancient Farm. She has developed a range of wire-working kits for people to enjoy at home, and her work has featured in publications including Vogue, Country Living, Somerset Life and Craft Focus.
