Fancy trying something completely different? Join Asmaa from Imperfectly Perfect for a fun, relaxed one-hour sewing workshop and discover how a pair of knickers actually comes together. You'll learn essential sewing and construction techniques in a small, friendly group — with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, build confidence and enjoy a few knickers and giggles along the way.

What You'll Make

From pieces of fabric to your very own pair

During the workshop you'll sew a pair of XXS knickers, giving you the opportunity to understand the complete construction process from start to finish.

And here's the good bit — there is no need to spend half the workshop cutting everything out.

Your fabric pieces will be pre-cut and ready to sew, so you can concentrate on learning the techniques, understanding the construction and getting hands-on with the sewing.

• Learn how the different pieces of a pair of knickers fit together
• Practise useful sewing and construction techniques
• Follow the making process from beginning to end
• Learn in a small group of no more than six people
• Build confidence to try making your own pairs at home

This isn't about sitting through an hour of sewing theory. You'll be making, learning and seeing how a finished garment develops as you work.

If you've never attempted lingerie sewing before, it's a great opportunity to discover the techniques in a friendly environment before tackling your own project at home.

With only six people in each workshop, there's plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn directly from Asmaa.

And when you're finished, you'll understand far more about how one of the hardest-working items in your wardrobe is actually constructed!

The workshop is designed to give you the skills and confidence to continue sewing at home.

If you enjoy the pattern, you'll also have the opportunity to purchase the knickers pattern and kits at a reduced price after the workshop.
